COGNITION RESEARCH
Cognition Research is a non-profit organisation
researching 'cognition' in a broad sense that
includes AI, human learning, perception, and cognition, mathematics, and understanding 'computing' at an abstract level.
Given the orientation of this research, the terms
'computing' and 'cognition' are largely
interchangeable, although 'computing' has an
association with artificial systems and 'cognition'
may imply information processing in natural
systems.
The main focus of the research is the development
and application of the SP theory of intelligence (Computing as Compression).
I am always pleased to hear from people with
related research interests.
